The owners were in the process of renovating and future-proofing a tired conservatory at the back of the main restaurant, adjacent to the carpark. Taking on the brief of creating a ‘garden room’, Melissa injected colour and life into a space which is now a welcome surprise for guests, and a joyful dining experience.
