A self-contained annexe with mezzanine in the grounds of its sister farmhouse project. Drawing on the client’s South African heritage, Melissa used an earthy palette alongside geometric patterns to create a welcoming space which needed to cater for visiting family, act as an occasional hangout for their teenage children, or as a quiet home office environment.
